Router Timeout Problem

Hello,
I am unable to log into my router by typing 192.168.1.1 in my browser I just keep getting a time out message. I've tried a reset but to no avail. Can you please help??

Hi there,

Disconnect all pc connected to that network and only one from which you will access it,also try changing the cables for rj45 and rj11.If same problem contact your isp as there may be a problem on the network from their side.
