Hello,
My boys were playing clips on utube and they said all the sudden something popped up on the screen a now we just get a blank screen where the utube clip would play. Does anyone have an idea what the problem might be or what I need to do to fix it? I guess its not letting them play any games either. Thanks I appreciate any help!!

hey there,

from youtube its imposible that you get something which could damage your pc. just ask your kids what they did exactly.

alternatively you can also do a system restore with the pc and see if all gets ok after that
