My specs are 3 GB ddr3 transcend ram
500 gb hard disk
9400 gt xfx 1 gb graphics card
Intel core 2 quad Q8400 2.66 ghz rated at 5.87 ghz. Windows 7 (build 7600)
You think that it is a good one. I can run gta 4 on low settings faster.If i go for higher settings my game will slow down.So it is impossible to gta 4 faster in my computer with high settings .You can run it lower settings.See for compablity at www.canyourunit.com .If the requirements passes go to www.download.cnet.com.In search box type game booster and download it.After this install gta 4, Open it and go to game defrag tab.There will be a option gta 4 .Defrag it.And then right click on desktop ,there you may see nvidia control panel.There will be a tab on left side.
