I suggest you insert your pen into PC but do not open it. Go to "My Computer" and Reformat it.
If you are not allowed to format it, this may help:
1.Go to Run->regedit
2.MyComputer->HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE->SYSTEM->CurrentControlSet->Control -> StorageDevicePolicies
3.Delete the StorageDevicePolicies in your Registry.
