sorry,you can't run gta-4 on your computer. because it needs 2GB RAM ,512MB video card and many requirements.

The reason for this is because of the game's high cache demand, which will clog your cpu's speed. This won't work 100% but will definately help and improve your game experience. NOTE: This will affect the depth view of your game but not a whole lot. First goto start, control panel, system and security, system, on left hand side click "Advanced system settings", click " Performance Settings". Then click "Adjust for best performance", click apply, and ok. Now restart your computer and enjoy.
