ANNOYING KEYBOARD BEEPS

Hello,
ive recently reinstalled windows7 onto my laptop vostro 1520,in the process of that i pressed every f number on my keyboard and found a list of things that were unactive like the sound on my keyboards which i stupidly activated now ive forgotton which f key i pressed and the keys beeping is very annoying (my win7 works fine) its just the beeping which offends me please help.
