FIXED! Chat live on magicjack.com website. They fix the problem on there end doing an update to your account profile settings.
They just tell you to unplug your magicjack...hold...then they will tell you when to plug it in to test it. WORKED for me!

Greetings,
Make sure you don't have a proxy server interfering:
1)Open Control Panel (Start Menu - Control Panel)
2)Click Internet Options
3)Click CONNECTIONS tab
4)Click Lan Settings button
5)Make sure the box under the Proxy Server section is UNSELECTED
6)(Optional) SELECT Automatically Detect Settings

Frappes ta tête contre une cruche. Si tu obtiens un son creux, n'en déduis pas que c'est forcément la cruche qui est vide!

I m getting erro 404 when I connect to magic jack...how can I solve? I can't call the tec support because I don't have a line I am outside the Usa...please answer me..
