Boot Problem

Hello,
I have a Gateway laptop Model No.:MX6454 ..It is restarting after every 15 seconds and the screen is not appearing . What should I do to power on my laptop.
I have tried the step that many followed ,i.e., removing the battery and then pressing the power button n I have also cleared the dust in hd n ram slots..
After turning on the fan noise n hDD boot noise is there but restarting after every 15 seconds.
Pls help me to do so.

boot ur laptop by using Rescue Cd. i will remove the startup virus and lets u to boot. use Avira Rescue CD. download that software full version at a2zsoftwares.com just for free only. once try this u may solve ur problem
