Upgrade from xp 32 bit to windows 7

Hello,
I am building a new 64 bit system and have no OS. I have access to a windows 7 upgrade and a 32 bit windows XP disk. Can I load the windows XP OS and upgrade to 7?

Upgrade from xp 32 bit to windows 7

Hi there,

You need to upgrade vista then windows 7 else make fresh format and new windows installation directly to windows 7.
