My files are hidden

Hello there,

I have some folders include hidden files that I cannot see them in any case! I scanned my computer with Nod32 and Avas, but no virus is founded.
The only thing that make me sure that they are still exist, is that i can see the number of files if i try to copy or move whole the folder, and I also can see jpg files in those folders by searching *.gpg .

I'd be pleased to have your guide about how to fix the problem.
