Cpu can not boot

Hello,
i have dell station , power on her on beep see the dell apear on screen that it off by itselt and on again ... like that repeat itself i check power , memory , power fan cpu fan , all work , but cpu not boot , please help

Did you press F8 after you turned on the computer. That should get you the Dell menu for diagnostics.
I would run all the hardware diagnostics and then report back to us.
