Copying values and pasting in exl using macro

Hello,
I need to copy all the values in the "Table"menus inside the Ms access (database) and paste in the particular sheet of my excel 2007 . How i need to write a coding using macros? Or what are the steps to follow.

you have to open connection to database in excel and then establish a record set and then loop thru the set
