Administratve password recoery

Hello,
Hi i changed my password on my desktop the other night and opened a guest account. then I went to bed. got up the next day and have no clue as to what my password is. I am the only one who uses it mostly. now i cant use my ipod or my wifi on the guest account. is there any way i can recover it. I can't find anything for free on line and the say I have to be in the administers account but I don't know the password. PLEASE HELP
