Problems with configuration of GTA IV

I have a HP Pavilion AMD Athlon™ II Dual-Core M300 2GHz, with 3072MB DDR2 memory 800Mhz. I have an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4200 (256MB). What are the best settings for graphics in the GTA IV game, i could use with this card in order to obtain a good gameplay.

It is necessary to configure the ATI Catalyst Control Center in order to obtain the best perfomance with the game.
