Genuine Windowa validation

hello,
My windows desktop became black color and unable to set a desktop wallpaper permanently.Also I am getting a notification message that "You may be a victim of software counterfeiting .This copy of windows did not pass genuine Windows validation."Please give me a resolution to resolve this problem.
