How to recovery from deleted sent items ?

hello
can any one please tell me how to retrieve deleted sent items ?
whats the way if its permanently deleted ?

Dear Sin,

There will be no way to get them back if they have been deleted permanently. There is no recovery kit that will be able to get them back for the simple reason that they have been deleted completely and stored no where.

but what if you accidentally deleted the account on live mail. therefore, all emails on that account will be lost. how can i retrieved the sent items that was stored on that account? i havent deleted any thing permanently but accidentally deleted the account.
