Computer Restarts when reading xp setup files

Hi,
I just recently re-formatted my computer and when it is going to the windows set up mode it begins to decompress files from my cd. it go to 25% then the computer freezes and then restarts itself, doing the same process over. i would appreciate some help, and will answer any questions that you ask.

I am trying to install windows xp professional

Hi there,

Remove and reseat your memory sticks also check if the cooler fans are all operational as it may lead to overheating and will not continue the setup process.
