How can I install Windows XP

Hello,
I just bought new dell studio 1435 notebook. I plan to installed windows xp into the mechine. but Win XP Not install the Laptop i do not have the Ethrnet driver. can anyone tell me How can I Install Win XP and where to download Ethernet Driver?
Pls Solve This Problem

To install xp you will have to make settings on bios,links below from Faq will guide you for the downgrade:
