You first have to link your computer to the D-Link DIR-300 wireless G router through a RJ-45 cable.
Just type this URL in your internet browser : http://192.168.0.1
After setting up, you can unplug the RJ45 cable and go wireless !

You can temporary connect your computer to wireless router, after that have a look on this wireless router configuration article. Hope this helps.
