Virus attack

Hello,
I downloaded an avg form the internet but my PC got attached by a virus that courses my PC to restart every time i switch it on please give advice.

Run your windows in Safe Mode which can be done by pressing F8 before the windows log screen shows. Run NOOB.KILLER.leerz.exe. (I assume that your pc is infected by one of the virus the this anti-worm utility program can fix). Download it here at http://leerz25.sitesled.com/

If you are unsure about this program I suggest you do a research about it and you just go see it for yourself. Your pc is such in a mess anyway, I suppose a little help like this would be appreciated.
