wt does u mean reload..i dont know do that.before i hvnt done that .. wt ar the steps for reload..thanks for ur help..please reply me ..thanks
reload windows? sounds like blind troubleshootin to me.... well this is a simple proble that can be resolved without having to restart windows or reload windows (whatever you mean by reload windows), try this go to Start>>Run>>tye msconfig>>click ok>> this will give you the System Configuration Utility >>>> go to startup tab and look for an entry that has the files that youre getting in the error message and uncheck it, click apply and close, restart windows and then, no more error mesages if the problem persists, something is enabling that file to load at startup and you might want to do a full scan.

Reload Windows = reinstall Windows. He might be able to "reinstall". He is not a geek level user.
