Hello,
In Vista that account is hidden. I assume you have the Home version for which two step are required:
Go to your registry editor and back it up.
1. go to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\ Windows NT\ CurrentVersion\ Winlogon *Clic-right on Winlogon -> new -> key, name it SpecialAccounts click ok
*Repeat the same for SpecialAccounts to create a key UserList click ok
*Right pane in front of UserList, right click-> new -> Value DWORD (32 bits) and name it administrator with value 1 clicling Decimale (right click -> Modify).
*Close editor
2. *Open command window, start -> all programs -> accesories -> right clcik on command -> Run as administrator.
*Type
net user Administrateur /active:yes(with space between Administrator and /) Ok
You will get a confirmation, no need to restart.
Regards
