Ok guy, in the case that you have formatted your iPod and itunes is still running with the previous libraries , this may lead to several issues. Normally you should try to re-install itunes . A fresh copy will handle this issue and allow 110% sync with your device..
Don't forget to backup your favorite music, pics and videos before hand..
