I have same problem, with X-540 and Creative SoundBlaster Xfi Xtreme Gamer, on Windows 7 64 bits, Creative softs see rear speakers on the front ones, but Windows see them good, but when I play game, suddenly some minutes after the sounds are set on rear speakers instead of front speakers and this is horrible.

I tried to use 64 bits drivers, set 'Surround Speakers' in the EAX option and nothing changed.

Dear Sir,

All you will have to do is to invert the jacks,

or

Update the driver from the creative website

This will solve the problem!

Thanks
