SIms 3 install

I am trying to install Sims 3 but whenever I push the install button it asks me "do you want to completely remove the selected application and all of its features?" I have no idea what to do.

Dear Sir,

This particular application might already have been installed on your system. Please check for it in the Program Files folder.
