The guaranteed solution is to get a new wireless phone - one that does not use the 2.4Ghz band. The wireless phone and wireless networking share the same frequency band.
You might try to change the channel that the wireless adapter is using. There is nothing you can do on the wireless computer that will help.
You might also move the phone base into another room and use a wired phone next to the computer / wireless adapter.
