First unplug the router and wait about 3 min before plugging it back in. This MAY get it to re-initialize and get you back online.
You can only enable to wpa or wep while logged in to the router from a wired connection. You need to plug a PC directly into the router and then logon to the router ( http://192.168.1.1/ in internet explorer).
