Hello,
Do I trust sites like softpedia.com to fox a SKU011.CAb problem? I also need help in understanding a sprtcmd.exe concern. It always shows up when I log off and asks that I wait 29 seconds before quiting.

Do you have a Dell computer? sprtcmd.exe is part of the Dell Support Center. You could delete Dell support Center from the add-remove-programs area of the Control Panel or download a new copy. It looks like it's slow to respond when you shutdown.

Softpedia.com is generally good - check the "user rating" and the "rated by" numbers. I would only use a program that was rated good by a hundred plus users.

The best FREE tune-up program is Advanced WindowsCare V2 from www.iobit.com I use it on all my computers.
