A year after buying the HP pavillion Entertainment PC a flickering lines on the task bar appears....Anyone would help me on this?

Hi there,
It may be a hardware if using a laptop that is frequently as when open and close the lid the rib is crushed and sometimes cut or check your refresh rate frequency in display properties it must be set to 60 ghz.
