Hello, i have an acer aspire model number 5315 (Windows Vista) in which the disk drive will not open. I did the paperclip trick and opened it manually. I put a disc in and it wouldnt read the disc. The device manager says it works fine i unistalled it then reinstalled it and everything. IT STILL WONT WORK! The only way i can open it is by the paperclip. What should I do????? Help............

Hi there,
Its not having power hats why you have to use paper clip for manually open it,get it checked by a professional or if under warranty send for repair .
