How to Install back the audio output device.Closed

Question

I have realtek but but the words displayed at the lower right was " No Audio Output Device is Installed" ,,, then after they disappeared in the sound , the sound , the recorder , and the microphone , I have a acer laptop , I keep on trying to download some audio output device but it cannot help , I think Im not just good enough in laptops and computer , Wish you can help me :)
