I have win 7 and Flash player 10 will not install. I get a error mesage saying the GUI will not install.
I have contacted DELL and they are of no no use, even though I paid for the service for the on call - won't do that again.
Have installed the uninstaller, tried that, and I still have the icon for Flash 9 (which works) on my desktop. I also have Flash 10, which took a while downloading, but I did manage to do it with firefox and not explorer.
So now that I have it on the desktop I try to run as an administrator and this is what happens...I get ANOTHER error message:
failed to install for trouble shooting tips go to tn_19166
I've done this 8 times!
Oh and the adobe reader automatically pops up and runs, then I have to cancel it.
