Help please with this pc problem

our pc is sort of blank and it has that irritating message on the screen...u may be a victim of software counterfeiting........and show me where the taskbar is.

The taskbar is at the bottom. The blue thing where you find the programs minimized. As for 'u may be a victim of software counterfeiting', it may be windows genuine advantage. This is a link that may help you http://www.ehow.com/how_5147983_delete-wga.html
