Delete key and Nav arrows bring help screen

In MS offic Applications, open office, and Adobe software using the delete key or navigatin arrows bring up the help dialogue meu and/or the internet help dialogue.

These can be closed once or twice but thereafter only the task manager can remove the help screen. Then it starts all over.

Do I have a virus or a configuration problem?

Hello Jon in the District of Columbia,

I have never seen a virus behaving the way you described.

I suggest that you perform a non destructive system restore to a date prior to the problem.
