China iphone 3gs 32gb never lock

i have change my lock code from 1122 to other code and i try set the phone lock... its ok and write phone lock is on.. but when slide open... its never lock... it doesn't request the code... how please

Hi there,

It locks only for sim card,when changed sim card it will request for security password.
