to recover the file that have been written Closed

Question

Two weeks ago, I was working on my document in the memory stick but when I finished after saving, i find out that the orignal document was not there.The content that I find was for another file.Is an important document and I don't know houw to find it.Can I get some help?
Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 8.0
