it will come on and the next screen will just say the a worm is trying to send credit card info detail using mssefeedssynexe to connect to remote host...it wont let me connect to internet or do anything...
your help would be greatly appreciated.

Well isn't this a dandy!
When you say it won't let you do anything, do you really mean nothing?
Can you boot in safe mode with networking?
Do you have command prompt?
How do you think your system got infected?
My solution or solutions will depend on your answers.
