Facebook not confirmed acct deleted

I had made facebook account last sunday. Then i made my facebook. But the email was not confirmed. So I did delete facebook account. I wrote my problem that i want to delete it then i will come back. Now i did make facebook account again but it is saying that there is an existing account associated with this email. What i can do?

just try to enter the previous facebook id with the password.
\if u dnt get it it will ask for forgotten id or password, then a security questions answer will be required to get that id or password.
One of the ID or password must be known
