Hey bro, im sorry to inform you that there is no way to recover your memory card without losing your data keeping in mind that you've re-installed your phone software. But if you are fine with losing your data, then try this out.
Put your microSD in a nokia E-Series phone. I'll suggest the E-65. Now, go to the memory card in the TOOLS folder and select options, and choose FORMAT MEMORY CARD. It will ask you for your confirmation, press yes if you want to, and it will format your card and remove the password. I hope this works for you. Cheers !
