Did you first boot your cd rom?
You need to first boot your cd rom go to the BIOS application. When you restart you pc press delete simultaneously and when the blue screen appears select the Integrated Peripherals and first boot the CD ROM and then press esc. choose save and exit and its done.. Your PC automatically restarted and wait for the booting of your cd. when press any key appears. just press any key and you go to the installation...
When its stopped again i think you change your cd to a bootable windows xp installer..
