I am unable to install Windows XP SP3 in my HP dv6 Laptop. Actually I purchase this laptop with windows 7 home edition and now i want to install Windows XP. I check lots of discussion also about it in that site. but in my BIOS I do not find Native Sata Config under System config.. Please Help me...

You may need to "slipstream" in SATA driver into the XP install CD. Google "slipstream" for instructions. If you do find the SATA driver and install XP - then you will find that you need XP drivers for the other hardware on your laptop. NP does NOT supply these drivers. I suggest you try a "dual boot" solution where you add XP to the Windows Vista system.
