I can't open any disc, by th PC, when I'm put

I can't open any disc, by th PC, when I'm putting disc in the cage it's winking but, and then switching off, and in my PC there no anything, not errors, not any dialogue box, please help me...

Dear KeshaGhost,

I will advise you to get to My Computer and to see whether it has been detected. If it has been, simply open it manually from there.
