Sony MP3 Walkman Nwz-E343 not detected
Closed
Hi, I can see the Walkman in the Device Manager with the yellow (!) but it is not showing in my computer as removable (F). Content Transfer is saying connect device even while connected. Why is the MP3(brand new out the box) is not working? I have tried uninstalling, downloading from sony site.

Hi there,
You need to install its driver to get it recognized by system, did you get a cd or mini cd with it?If so browse and install driver to solve this issue.
Thanks

I've found the answer to the problem that the MP3 player wont be recognised and it's not a driver problem. You need to load Administrative Tools > Services and scroll down to where it says Windows Driver foundation. If this is set to manual chance it to automatic and your mp3 drivers will load properly.
