Purchased Sony Vaio RS520 tower back in 2004. At some point the Microsoft Office stopped working. I never worried much about since I was supplied with a work laptop although I've always used it. I have the original receipts from Best Buy and of course they will not help me as I have no idea where the CD with the Product Key generator is. With the receipts and being the original purchaser is there any site withing Microsoft that can get me them?

No. Microsoft will be of no help. I suggest you download OpenOffice from
www.openoffice.org

It's FREE and does 95% of what the overpriced Microsoft can do.
