Problem in CD writing

Hi al, I m using widows XP in my system. From last few days, I m not able to write data on any CD. I use NERO for CD writing. It shows the message that "the CD is burned successfully", however when I try to read the same CD, I find that the CD is still blank.
Please help me out guys.

Hi there,

Check the cd in another system if open correctly then update firmware.
