Help-bluetooth

I have an htc hd with windows 6.5.
The problem is that i can send files to other devices thru bluetooth but i can nao recieve files from other devices.
Can someone help me to fix the problem plz?

Hi there,

To receive files from other devices on your mobile,you need to make your device be visible to searches,get in Bluetooth setting and enable it.
