Help me!! read only file is killing me! Closed

I got a read only file in my SD card for LG but i cant even connect my phone to comp...
I have to format it but thats not possible...
HELLLP!

Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 8.0

You might be able to take the SD card out of the LG, and format it on a real computer.  I don't know for sure what format the SD is, but I know I can plug mine into my computer, and read and write files just like normal.
