URGENT-BLUETOOTH PRBLM

Hi,

I have a Dell Vostro 1710 and I can't use my bluetooth.. It's not in the control panel , neither in the program files, when I enable the switch on it don't work , the light for the bluetooth icon also does not light.. Plzz help !!
