USB devices are not working on my computer.

When I try to plug one in, the whole computer freezes up, and I have to manually power it off.

Hi there,

Please describe issue with more information,you mean when usb device connected its freeze pc?Was it working before ?

Yes, when I plug it in the computer freezes up, although it will have been working fine before the device was plugged in. USB devices also used to work on the computer, I don't know what's changed.
