Hello,
In most all of the cases is a lack of virual memory otherwise known as RAM.
To remedy, you can add RAM to your CPU, clean your temporary internet files or cache often.
It also depends on the number of applications running in the background with you start you system which consume RAM and sometimes a rather heavy security system.
When you reboot your system you free some memory, mind you, to make a comparaison, it works like a clogging nose after you have blown into a paper tissue, the you start all over again.
There is a little tool that provides help to prevent uncessary applications for starting at boot time.
Have I answered your question to your satisfaction?
